Description
Restorative Yoga is a slow-paced meditative practice that seeks to reduce the body’s overall stress. Done mainly in a laying position, this class includes breathwork, long held postures, and props to encourage a gentle softening of the muscles, ending each class with a yoga nidra meditation allowing you to achieve complete release within the mind and body.
Please bring any extra’s like blankets, socks, etc. that will keep you warm and comfortable during your practice.
