Canada Day is coming up fast and the City of Pembroke is looking for Food & Retail Vendors to join our festivities!
The main festivities will happen at the Pembroke Waterfront Park, on July 1st from 12-4pm. Food vendors will be welcomed to our fireworks celebrations starting at 7:30pm on July 1st at Riverside Park for no additional fee.
Please note that upon paying your vendor fee, your vendor spot is secured at our festivities. A member from the Parks & Recreation team will reach out closer to the event with specific details.
2026 Special Event Vendor Fee's
Mobile Food Cart/Tent (requiring a 10x10ft space): $75 per event
Motorized Food/Trailer Vendors (>10ft length or width): $125 per event
Retail Vendors (requiring a 10x10ft space): $50 per event
Not for Profit Retail/Food Vendors: $25 per event
Hydro is available for an additional $25 per event. All vendors requiring hydro must use CSA-approved plugs and extension cords. Each vendor is guaranteed one 110-amp receptacle (two-plug), with additional receptacles available on a first-come, first-served basis. To be considered for more than one receptacle, please email your requirements to recreation@pembroke.ca after submitting payment for your permit. Vendors must bring their own 50-foot extension cord, as power boxes may be up to 50 feet from their designated location.
How to Pay your Fee's
In order to pay your fee's, you will need to set up an account, under your name, or your business's name. After that, please select which fee's apply to your business/organization. Please make sure that your information is the same as the vendor form, so we are able to track your payment.
