Description

Develop the foundation every strong hockey player needs: balance, explosive power, agility, speed, and endurance. Each session combines technical skating instruction with puck control, shooting, and conditioning drills that translate directly into game performance. Participants must be comfortable skating forward and backward and able to stop independently.
