Swimming – Powerswim – Combo – Youth

Prerequisites: 15 years of age and Swim Colours 6 - Navy or ability to swim 75 metres nonstop. A combination of Powerswim 1000, 1500 and 2000 levels. Instructor will develop workouts based on the program content and the needs of the group.
