Shared Care – Camp – Inclusive Recreation

The City of Ottawa is committed to the inclusion of all campers. To best support children during camp and/or PA days, please inform us early of any diagnosed or undiagnosed cognitive differences or behaviours your child may. Early notification allows our coordinators to arrange any necessary additional supports. If your child requires integration support at school, please contact the Inclusive Recreation team at InclusiveRecreation-LoisirsInclusifs@ottawa.ca. We offer 1:1 Shared Care support at no cost for up to two weeks. Please note that Shared Care is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reach out early to secure your spot and allow enough time for the intake process the camp and/or PA day begins. Camp participation criteria will determine eligibility for Shared Care support.
