Description

Participants will learn how to independently float and glide on their front and back, enter and exit chest deep water, and will learn underwater breathing techniques, kicking intervals and explore tips on how to keep themselves and others safe around water. Upon completion of this level, participants will be able to complete a distance swim of at least 15 metres.
