Description

Beginner to intermediate recreational gymnastic skills are taught through the assistance of a coach on traditional equipment. Groups are divided according to age, ability and levels. Apparatus will include a minimum of four of the following: balance beam, floor, mini-trampoline, bars, rings, vault.
