Description

After the rhythmic gymnastics introduction class, the class will focus on body techniques like balances, turns, and jumps. Also, gymnasts will learn acrobatic movements like rolls and cartwheels. By using apparatus, gymnasts will learn more skills like robes, balls, hoops, and ribbons.
