Description
Designed for more experienced individuals aged 30 years and over, this course will certify candidates with the nationally recognized award emphasizing teamwork, leadership, communication, accident prevention, and management of aquatic emergencies. Pre-requisites: Bronze Cross, Lifesaving Society Standard First Aid, or SFA from a training agency approved by the Ontario government. The list of approved agencies can be found at lifesavingsociety.com. Expired Bronze Cross certificates are accepted for this course. Candidates who do not hold a Bronze Cross certification may be required to complete a Bronze Award evaluation outside of course time. Please contact the facility for additional information.
