Description
This program provides 1:1 individual integration support to children with disabilities, helping them to successfully participate in a camp/PA Day. An integration support (Shared Care) worker guides them through their days at program, lending a hand or guidance as needed. Before registering for 1:1 Shared Care support, you must first register for a camp/PA Day of your choice seperately. During summer months, Shared Care 1:1 services at limited to two weeks per child in order to serve as many children as possible at summer camps.
