Description

Using a chair for support, this beginner level yoga class is gentle on the joints and focusses on movements that encourage flexibility, increase muscle tone and circulation, and improve overall balance. Participants will also be introduced to meditation for relaxation and pain relief. We recommend bringing a mat for additional comfort in standing positions. Age: 18 +
