Description
Ideal for participants with prior experience who have completed Kickboxing Level 1. Participants must understand kickboxing fundamentals, including stance, punches, footwork, numbered combinations (1-6), and how to execute both push kicks and rear Thai kicks (roundhouse). This engaging workout combines bodyweight exercises, conditioning, and partner drills using various pads and mitts. Instruction is provided by Michelle Sturino in partnership with the Town of Oakville. Boxing gloves and wraps are mandatory and available for an additional fee. Age: 18+
