Description

In the striking art of kickboxing, participants will learn various punches and kicks, as well as how to execute these techniques with speed and power. This engaging activity provides a great physical workout that focuses on conditioning and endurance through partner work. Kickboxing is known to improve overall fitness, serve as a stress release, boost confidence, and provide an enjoyable way to break a sweat. Boxing gloves and wraps are mandatory and available for an additional fee. Instruction is provided by Michelle Sturino in partnership with the Town of Oakville. Age: 13-17
