Description

Children will learn skills in this course including: v-pushes, one foot gliding, two foot jump while gliding, walking backwards with some glide, two foot quarter-turns on the spot, and stopping. PREREQUISITE PRESCHOOL 2. Note: Skate rentals are available for an extra fee payable at time of registration at Karen Magnussen and Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centres; helmet rentals are free of charge. Note that helmets are required for all lesson participants (adults and children) as per NVRC Policy.
