Badminton Learn to Play Family

Have fun learning badminton as a family, this class format is designed to learn in pairs. Introduction to Badminton and fundamental movement skills such as: serves, receive & return, athletic stance. Build hand-eye coordination, improve agility, balance, body control and speed through fun games and drills. Racquets are available to use during the class or bring your own. One partner must be 16+, and the other partner should be age 8yrs-12yrs.
