Description

This all-levels contemporary class explores different styles of contemporary dance, techniques, improvisation and storytelling through movement. Classes will include a warmup, floor work, guided improvisation tasks and choreography. This class is suitable for all levels and experience but participants need to easily get up and down from the floor. Complete beginners are welcome.
