New to volleyball or looking to expand your skills to grass? This beginner-friendly grass volleyball course is designed to teach the fundamentals in a fun, supportive, and active environment. Over the course of four weekly sessions, players will learn essential skills including passing, serving, setting, hitting, movement, communication, and basic game strategy.
Each session combines skill development, drills, and game play so participants can practice what they learn in real-time. Whether you’ve never played before or just want a refresher, this course is a great way to improve your fitness, meet new people, and enjoy the game outdoors. Come ready to learn, move, and have fun!
Program will run at Seylynn Park. Class will meet at the South end of the Seylynn grass field, closest to Hunter Street.
