Bodyweight Circuit Class - a high-intensity, functional training session designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and strength simultaneously using only your own body weigh. Participants cycle through 5–10 exercises (e.g., squats, push-ups, planks) with minimal rest (10-30 seconds), completing multiple rounds to maximize fat loss and muscular endurance.
