Description

Children are challenged to improve their coordination, balance, strength and flexibility as they learn basic forms. This high energy, modern class helps develop confidence, concentration and self-awareness (Belts/Rank: All Levels are White to Black Belt). Please enter program space from outside (off of West Queens Rd past Blenz Coffee). Parents not permitted in room while program is in session.
