Retro-Aerobics is a fun, upbeat class which uses simple dance movements, combining cardio and body weight training for a total-body workout. This Richard Simmonds-inspired workout adds an element of fun to fitness classes. Have fun and move your body to the best ‘80s hits! Dressing up in neon, tights, and legwarmers is highly encouraged.
