Description
This is an advanced course that should be taken by students who have completed at least Woodworking Level 1. This is a Power Tool course but includes a more sophisticated approach to joinery that includes the use of Hand Tools such as planes, chisels, layout and specialized joinery tools. The projects may vary from season to season but may typically be a small Sushi Low Bench or Shoji style standing lamp. Hardwood lumber INCLUDED. Where Shoji lamps are the project the lamp, switch and wiring is NOT included. Check with www.urbanwoodworker.com for more information. Come prepared to take notes and clean up after class.
