A strong core will improve your posture and balance; protect your back from injury, and allow you to move more efficiently no matter what your fitness level. Your instructor will see to it that you master a variety of functional and core exercises that will be applicable to not only daily life, but will enhance your current exercise routine, taking it to an entirely new level. All are welcome.
