The class covers essentials like building balanced snacks and meals for energy, hydration basics, and easy recipes teens can make at home to fuel before practice/games (or even bring to practices and games).
This 2-hour workshops is a great fit for teams and athletes looking to support performance, recovery, and overall health, while also giving kids real-life skills in the kitchen
