Description
This Powwow Dance class is Taught by indigenous dancers of the Flett-Roulette family with Cree and Ojibwe roots. These classes provide opportunities for youth to learn various styles of powwow dancing, as well as the songs and teachings behind them. Adult and Teen classes are also available.
Participants of all skill and experience levels are welcome to join! Individuals do not need to have indigenous heritage to participate, and respectful cultural protocols will be shared during instruction.
