Description

Swimmer 4s add the basic skills of legs only and arms only Breaststroke on top of Front and Back Crawl. Skills include treading water for 1 minutes, swim underwater for 5m and 25m endurance swims.
Participants entering Swimmer 4 should be able to tread water for 30 seconds and swim 15m of Front and Back Crawl.
