Description
Swim Squad is for swimmers that want to improve their overall physical fitness in the water. Fitness Swimmer provides a structured approach based on accepted training principles and practices including interval training. Participants set their own goals and learn how to use pace clocks and timers. Students will complete an endurance challenge swim and will design swim workouts to help increase their aquatics strength.
Participants entering Swim Squad should be able to swim at least 100m without stopping.
