Description

The Niagara Falls Swim Team is a team orientated introduction to competitive swimming. Participants will learn skills and improve fitness by challenging themselves to improve personal best times. Program includes stroke and skill development as well as physical training. Participants should be able to efficiently swim one length of the pool and are between the ages of 6 and 17 years old.

Participants will swim three times week and will participate in four regional swim meets around the Niagara Region on Saturday mornings.

Swimmers will be provided with a Team Swim Cap.

Swim Team Information will be emailed to participants the week before the program begins.
