Bollywood Dance/Fit merges the excitement of Bollywood dance with a heart-pumping fitness workout. This class combines cardio bursts, toning exercises and easy-to-follow choreography to deliver a fun, upbeat full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels; no dance experience necessary. Children’s classes use age-appropriate moves, music and choreography in a supportive, confidence-building environment.
