Description

Instructors from Alchemy Yoga Studio, will guide you and your baby through a series of gentle yoga poses and stretches suitable for postpartum bodies. It's a wonderful opportunity to enhance your own physical development, encourage relaxation, and strengthen the parent-child connection through nurturing touch and play. No prior yoga experience required.
