Description

For those of you who have been coming out to either TRX or Davinci classes with Tom our in house instructor has been slowly introducing TRX into Davinci class and Davinci Stick into TRX classes. Thus, the 'Sticks and Straps' class is born.

The Davinci Method of fascia strength training guides you through a series of Fundamental Linear Movements geared to correct and improve Posture, Mobility, and Strength

TRX is a revolutionary workout that incorporates a special set of straps that hang from the wall. Use your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
