Hosted by The Niagara Falls Exchange Woodworking Studio in partnership with Lee Valley Tools


Create something truly unique while learning the fundamentals of working with epoxy and wood. In this hands-on, small-group workshop, you’ll craft your own set of four custom coasters combining hardwoods with beautifully colored epoxy.


What You’ll Learn

  • Understanding different types of epoxy and when to use them
  • Techniques for adding color and achieving stunning effects
  • Proper pouring methods and how to eliminate air bubbles
  • Removing pieces from molds safely
  • Sanding, polishing, and finishing your coasters with oil


What You’ll Make

Each participant will complete four epoxy and wood coasters, similar to the samples shown, ready to take home and use or gift.
