1:1 Support

The Town of Newmarket is pleased to offer inclusive 1:1 support in camps and year-round programs. A participant with a disability may require additional support for activity accommodation, personal support for safety and care, or to assist with their social and recreational experience. Families are asked to reach out early to inclusion@newmarket.ca to plan for support. The All About Me Package is required to be completed and update each year to assist the team to prepare interests and accommodations. Visit www.newmarket.ca/inclusion to access the All About Me Package. The Town of Newmarket attempts to accommodate requests for additional support, however due to the number of requests or level of care, support cannot be guaranteed. Families are welcome to consider alternate options of support with a family member or external worker to attend the program. Registration for the Inclusion 1:1 Support will be completed by inclusion staff.
