Got a broken item? Bring it in for a free repair! Whether it's sewing a button, fixing a vacuum cord, or aligning a bike wheel, our volunteer fixers will do their best to help. Offered in partnership with The Regional Municipality of York and delivered by NewMakeit at Newmarket Library. While repairs aren't guaranteed, volunteers will make every effort to get your item working again. Specialties include: • Bicycles • Jewelry • Sewing • Small appliances • Toys Registration required. Registration opens Wednesday, July 15, 2026. One item per guest. The Repair Cafe will be hosted throughout the Main Floor of the Library.
