Step into the vibrant world of Latin dance in this fun, and welcoming adult program! Participants will learn the foundations of Bachata, Salsa, and Merengue through fun, easy-to-follow instruction designed for beginners. Each class explores rhythm, footwork, partner connection, musicality, and simple choreography while building confidence and fitness in a social and supportive atmosphere. A partner is NOT required. Prior dance experience is not necessary. Traditional Latin dance has a leader and a follower, therefore everyone will be learning both roles to be able to implement it in everyday life. You’ll enjoy a lively cultural dance experience that will have you moving to the beat all session long. Wonderful for staying fit and active, boat cruises, tropical holidays, weddings and dance parties! **Please note: Latin dance is fast-paced and high-energy. Participants should be comfortable with moderate physical activity and prepared for continuous movement during the whole class. Bring bottle of water and wear comfortable shoes, ideally with smooth leather sole.
