Path: Culinary Arts Level: Beginner - Intermediate This hands-on culinary program invites youth to level up their kitchen skills while preparing a variety of bold, fast and flavour -packed dishes form around the world: a culinary passport through street food culture. Participants will practice safe food handling, knife skills, and cooking techniques while learning how ingredients contribute to balanced meals and everyday wellness. With guided instruction and room for creativity, youth will explore global flavours, work collaboratively, and gain practical skills they can use at home. All supplies are included, and no prior experience is required.
