LSS Swimmer 2

These swimmers will become comfortable jumping into deep water and tread water for 15 seconds by themselves. They’ll work on kicking on their front, back and side for 10m and master vertical whip kick with an aid for 30 seconds. They will also develop their front and back crawl for 10m.
