Designed for new or beginner swimmers who are learning to swim and build comfort in the water. Participants work towards a 10-15m swim on their front and back, tread for 30 seconds with a lifejacket. They will also enter chest deep water and improve their fitness and flutter kick with 4 x 9-12m interval training.
