Big feelings can be tough to handle and anger is one of the biggest. In this fun and engaging workshop, kids learn how to recognize their body's anger signals, understand their triggers, and practise calming strategies that really work. Through games, crafts, role-play, and calming stations, they’ll build confidence in expressing frustration in safe and respectful ways. Each child leaves with their very own “Anger Toolbox” filled with personalized strategies to cool down when things heat up. It’s not about never getting mad. It’s about knowing what to do when you are.
