LSS Swimmer 5

These swimmers will master shallow dives, cannonball entries, eggbeater kicks, and in-water backward somersaults. They will refine 50m of front crawl and back crawl and breaststroke over 25m. They will complete 25m sprints and two interval trainings: 4 x 50m front or back crawl, 4 x 15m breaststroke.
