Mindful Makers blends art, mindfulness, and emotional literacy to support teen well-being in a safe, creative space. Through guided art activities, participants learn to process emotions, manage stress, and build self-awareness—without pressure to be “perfect.” The focus is on process over product, making it especially welcoming for beginners. Participants will: Use art as a tool for emotional expression, learn mindfulness and grounding techniques, build self-esteem and resilience, develop healthy coping strategies and practice reflection and empathy.
