Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Training prepares staff to prevent and de-escalate medium to high-risk behaviour using safe, non-restrictive methods and successful preventative measures. CPI’s framework introduces a 4-step process for turning crises into an opportunity for positive outcome, and will empower staff to feel more confident and comfortable when assisting patrons and/or participants. Please note, this course is closed for registration to Summer Camp Staff ONLY.
