Description

This low-ratio swim lesson provides a 1:3 ratio while working on the required skills for Swimmer 3. These junior swimmers will begin to dive and learn to do in-waterfront somersaults and handstands. They will work on increasing their front crawl and back crawl to 15m and whip kick to 10m. They will perform flutter kick with a change in direction for 5m and tread water for 30 seconds.
