Description
A hands-on, beginner-friendly introduction to debate. In small in-person groups, students discover the fundamentals - how to build an argument, support it with evidence, think critically and respond confidently to the other side. Students receive a printed binder and worksheets to guide practice in class and at home, plus a certificate of completion at the closing showcase debate. Led by experienced Fearless Voices debate coaches who give hands-on feedback every round. Prerequisite: None. This is a Level 1 course and no prior debate experience is required.
