Description
This introductory program is for children who are NOT already registered in a Ball Hockey Association. Learn the basic skills needed for ball hockey including stick handling, passing and shooting. The focus will be on learning the skills and then combining them in drills and game play. Wear running shoes and a helmet with face cage. We have a limited number of helmets available to borrow. Hockey or lacrosse gloves are recommended. Hockey sticks will be available to borrow.
