Learn the basics so you can scoop, cradle, shoot and pass! For adults who have never played Lacrosse. Helmets with a cage are mandatory for the program. Our skate shop has a limited number of helmets with cages to borrow. Hockey or lacrosse gloves are recommended. Lacrosse sticks will be available to borrow.
