Start with the basics - scoop, cradle, shoot, and pass! For children who are not registered in Minor Lacrosse and want to try the sport. Helmets with a cage are mandatory for this program. Our skate shop has limited number of these helmets to borrow. Hockey or lacrosse gloves are recommended. Lacrosse sticks will be available to borrow.
