Description

Gain confidence in the fitness centre while learning the foundations and basic lifting principles. Held in the Queensborough Community Centre fitness centre, each session keeps particpants moving in a safe and supportive environment. All levels welcome!. Youth 13-14 years old must complete at PAR-Q and Youth Agreement form prior to participation.
