Description

Sculpt, strengthen, and stretch in this total body conditioning class. Use a variety of techniques to help build muscle strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and properly engage the core. Each class will include safe exercises and stretches to aid in postpartum healing. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, and blanket for baby.
