Description

Progress at your own pace through these 6 flipping levels of our trampoline program. Level 7 – Begin inversions, front somersault (tuck & pike) and the back somersault. Level 8 – Focus on back somersault (tuck & pike) and barani. Level 9 – Learn the porpoise and layout somersaults. Level 10 – Master single somersault skill combinations. Level 11 – Challenge your skills with the rudi and back full. Level 12 - Develop advanced skills in a level individualized to each participant.
