Description

This class is designed for postpartum moms with babies who are not yet crawling. The focus would be on supporting the mother's recovery and reconnection to her body through gentle, mindful movement, breathwork and nervous system regulation, while babies remain close by in a clam and supportive environment. Please bring a yoga mat.

Registration for this class includes one free session during Active Aging Week, October 5-11.
